AI Resume Screener (n8n)

When a resume arrives by email, this automation uploads it to Google Drive, detects whether it's a Word doc, PDF, or text file, and extracts the text accordingly. An AI recruiter agent then analyzes the resume against your job description and outputs candidate strengths, weaknesses, risk factor, reward factor, and an overall fit score out of 10. All results are logged to a Google Sheet with a direct link to the resume.
