Meeting to Proposal Generator

When a call ends, Fireflies triggers this automation to log the transcript, attendees, and AI summary to a Google Sheet. A Slack message then asks for human approval to generate a proposal — if approved, an AI agent analyzes the transcript and writes a full client-ready business proposal, which is sent to Gamma's API to produce a professionally designed slide deck. The deck is emailed automatically and the meeting status updated in the log.

After every sales call, someone has to write up the proposal, format it into slides, and send it — a process that takes hours and delays follow-up at the worst possible moment. This system compresses that entire process into a single approval click while you're still fresh off the call.
